​This week is the 4th week of the 4th quarter. This week, students will receive their Progress Reports. A lot is happening over the next several weeks! Please read about each of the events and reach out if you have any questions.

Iowa Testing- Testing for students in LC 6 and 7 started today. Parents, we request that if possible, you do not schedule any appointments for your students on the day of testing. If you have one scheduled already, please let your child’s teacher know right away.

Yearbook Order Forms- 2024-2025 Yearbook forms and money are due by Friday, April 25, 2025. If you have any questions, please email Mrs. Susan at [email protected] If your child needs a new order form, they can stop by my office and pick one up.

Tribe Athletics- Registration for Volleyball, Football, and Cheer is right around the corner! More information to come.

Spirit Night!- This Thursday is RCA Spirit Night at Pizza Hut!! Order pick up or dine in and support RCA.

Good Evening Parents!


As we approach Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday, please allow me to encourage you to sit with your child and explain the importance of what Jesus has done for us on the cross and the importance of His resurrection. Here are a few scripture references that may help: John 3:16, Matthew 28:1- 10, John 20:19-23, 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18. 


Every year, I look forward to celebrating Resurrection Sunday at church with my family. If you don’t have a place to worship, I invite you and your family to be our guests at Rosanky Baptist Church. Sunday School starts at 9:00 AM (for all ages), and Worship Service starts at 10:00 AM.


Iowa Academic Assessment Testing- Students in LC 6 and LC 7 will start taking the online test on Tuesday, April 22.  


DONUTS & DADS!!- On April 28, at 7:45 AM, we invite Dads to come enjoy donuts, coffee, & juice with their student(s). If Dad can’t be here, students are welcome to invite the next closest person! We also have some dads on stand-by if anyone would like one of our RBC Church Members to join them!


Field Trip!- This Thursday, LC1 and LC2 will be heading to Fairview Nursing Home, the Lockhart Auction Barn, and to the park! Please make sure permission slips are turned in to their teacher.

Good Afternoon Parents!

You can’t have a great week without a great Monday! Students are off to a good start in the final quarter of the school year. Please check daily for homework slips. Students 

Iowa Academic Assessment Testing- Students in LC 6 and LC 7 will start taking the online test on Tuesday, April 22. LC 5 will start taking the test on Tuesday, April 29. The Iowa Test takes approximately 3 school days to complete.   

Picture Day- Spring Picture Day is this Thursday, April 10. Students can dress in uniform, or you can choose their outfit for their Spring picture. If your child did not take an individual photo in the Fall for the yearbook, they will need to take a photo in their school uniform. After they take their yearbook picture, students may change into their second outfit. 

We can use one more volunteer for Picture Day. If you would like to volunteer, please let your child’s teacher know.

Report Cards- Report Cards were sent home last week. If you haven’t already, please review, sign, and return them to your child’s teacher.
