BBQ AUCTION WEEK IS HERE!2/26/2024 BBQ/AUCTION WEEK IS HERE!
The BBQ Dinner and Auction is this Saturday—March 2!! Excitement is in the air. There is still time left to donate and solicit items for the fundraiser and sell the remainder of your BBQ or Raffle tickets. Please remember, we need all BBQ tickets paid for (to Mrs. Becky in the office) before Thursday of this week, even if unsold. We also need the stubs of SOLD raffle tickets turned in by Thursday and any that are unsold turned in as well. If you are bringing in an auction item, please have it to the school by Friday morning. If you need to arrange a later drop-off than that, please let us know. Auction Items Needed: We have some nice vacations, hunting trips, and concert ticket packages, but we could use some benches, fire pits, quilts, and things of this nature. Parent/Student Jobs: Duties for parents and students are being sent out! We need to hear back from you as soon as possible to confirm that you can work the assigned shift. Thank you! LARGE TO-GO ORDERS: If you have sold tickets to an individual or business and they plan on getting 10 or more To-Go plates at one time, please let them know to contact Mrs. Becky at 512-360-3109 or [email protected]. Meat Cutters: We can use some extra help cutting the brisket on Saturday morning. If you can help with this, please contact me directly at 512.560.3357. This Thursday, February 29, students in LC 3 and up should bring clothes that can get dirty—we will be breaking down desks and cleaning in the afternoon. Also, on Thursday, there will be NO heat-ups. Remember, there is no school on Friday, March 1 as all staff will be setting up for the fundraiser. On Monday, March 6, all students may wear jeans with an RCA shirt to school. We are so thankful for your commitment to RCA. As we prepare for this weekend, we feel blessed to have such a great group of students/parents/grandparents praying for our school. Blessings, JR Regalado

We need everyone to respond and confirm your assignment as soon as possible. One of our staff members will reach out if we haven't received confirmation next week. Parents, thank you for getting out and asking businesses for donations and to be a sponsor. We are so excited to see the support for our fundraiser and the donations already coming in. Remember to check the Google Doc online to see which businesses we have already visited and also to update whom you have contacted.
